Mr. Nirmal Pirgal has a distinguished academic career and has extensive administrative, regulatory and managerial expertise with his vast experience in the field of financials. He has been in the business of Textiles for over 30 years. His areas of specialization include tax advisory, executive advisory and decision support, turnaround and change management strategies.
Equally conscious of his responsibilities towards society, Mr. Nirmal Pirgal has always been the guiding force behind the Group’s various environmental and CSR initiatives.
Mr. Ashok Pirgal has over 25 years of experience in the Textiles Industry and is driving new initiatives in the consumer businesses of the group. Under his leadership, the Company’s retailing business has grown manifold with complete marketing from Sarees to Salwar Suits and Kurtis. He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce.
Mr. Ashok Pirgal also plays an active role in the overall corporate strategy for the group with particular focus on Customer Relationship and B2C businesses.
The third generation of SLJ Group began with this young gun with his thirst of learning and taking the business to newer heights. Mr. Rajesh Pirgal has always encouraged innovation, like newer business segments, implementation of new technologies and IT system integrations. He is also spearheading SLJ Groups foray into fabric exports and e-commerce. His vision and his determination sparkles like that of his grandfather Shri Jeevraj Pirgal who has always been his ‘The Role Model’.
Mr. Rajesh Pirgal holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and Masters in Business Administration. Prior to his current role, he has worked with management consulting firm CPG Business Synergies, Bangalore for three years whose parent company Universal Technologies Inc. is based out of Virginia, USA.
